Be Strong Teens

Be Strong Teens is a strength and conditioning program designed for both athletes and non-athletes ranging from ages 12-15. Ages 16-18 and are welcome to train in the adult programs or join Be Strong teens. Be Strong Teens program combines age-appropriate strength training with high intensity conditioning to deliver optimal fitness and performance.  

Training

We believe strength should never be a weakness! Strength training is safe when done correctly. Be Strong Teens will learn proper techniques to enhance strength and power while increasing agility, mobility and flexibility. Whether on the playing field or in your teens day to day life bigger, stronger, faster, is safer!  We strive to give your teen the gift of strength to help them learn how to Be Strong physically and mentally. Our Be Strong teens program will increase physical competence in Strength, Power, Speed, Endurance, Coordination, and Flexibility in addition to boosting self-esteem and confidence.

Class Overview

If your teenager is an athlete, our program will take them to the next level. If your teen is not an athlete, our program is guaranteed to convert them from a sedentary lifestyle to a more active, healthier lifestyle. A Happy Healthy Strong life starts now for your teen.
