  • THE FIRST WORKOUT

    For your warm up workout a coach will meet you at the door, give you a tour of the gym, set you up with all equipment needed for your workout. They will make sure you feel comfortable with all the movements in the workout.

Class hours

For those looking for structured classes there are structured Crossfit and Powerlifting classes available. Programmed workouts to do in the gym or at home daily provided through a personal fitness app detailing each workout. BeStrong provides a 24/7 access for those who prefer the Open Gym format.

A one-hour class led by a passionate coach. We bring you through a warm-up. Teach you all the forms and techniques. Help you modify the workout to your abilities and goals. All you have to do is bring in the hard work!

Classes run Mon, Tues, Wed, and Fri. at 5AM, 6AM, 7AM, 9AM, 330PM,430PM, and 545PM.

Thursday Classes run at 7AM, 9AM, 430PM, and 545PM

Saturday Classes run at 7AM and 10AM

Be Strong Kids is an exciting and fun way to introduce health and fitness into your kid’s life! At Be Strong Kids, we create a safe environment where your child can be themselves, have a ton of fun, make some friends, and have a great experience with exercise and fitness.

BeStrong Teens

Be Strong Teens is a strength and conditioning program designed for both athletes and non-athletes ranging from ages 12-15. Ages 16-18 and are welcome to train in the adult programs or join Be Strong teens. Be Strong Teens program combines age-appropriate strength training with high intensity conditioning to deliver optimal fitness and performance.
